Manage a booking
Open any rental from the Rentals list (or calendar) to update status, fulfillment, notes, and serial assignment.
What you can do
- Change booking status (confirm, complete, cancel. subject to policy).
- Update fulfillment (pickup / delivery details where enabled).
- Review dates, pricing, customer, and product SKU.
- Adjust serial unit when inventory rules allow.
Open a rental from Bookings → Rentals for the full detail screen (status, fulfillment, notes).
Cancel
Cancellation may restore stock depending on booking type and settings. The app blocks cancel when policy says the booking can no longer be cancelled.
Purchased & cancelled tabs
- Purchased. buy confirmations / purchase orders.
- Cancelled. cancelled rentals for audit.
