Installation
Install RentalSuite from the Shopify App Store (or your Partner / development install) and approve the permissions the app needs for products, orders, customers, and the storefront.
Install from Shopify
- Log in to Shopify Admin.
- Go to Apps and find RentalSuite (by DeveloperLook), or open the install link from your Partner dashboard for a development store.
- Click Install and review the permission request.
- After approval, you are redirected into the app inside Shopify Admin.

| Discounts (read & write) | Promotions mirrored to Shopify when enabled |
| Locations / shipping | Pickup locations and delivery policy |
| Purchase options | Subscribe / recurring rental contracts |
| App proxy | Storefront availability, stock, and checkout helpers |

Verify installation
After install, confirm:
- Dashboard loads without errors.
- The app nav shows Products, Bookings & Inquiries, Storefront, Settings, and Billing.
- You can open Storefront and follow the theme block instructions.
- Billing shows your plan and product cap.
Storefront block
The rental product UI runs through the Rental product page theme app block. Open Storefront in the app for a deep link into the theme editor.
If nothing appears on a product page:
- Confirm the block is added to the product template.
- Keep Product information enabled on the product template (both sections stay on; RentalSuite shows the right one per product). Confirm the product is linked in Products inside the app.
- Hard-refresh the storefront (and clear theme cache if needed).
